It is a simple process where you purchase your shopping online, once your order is completed, you will be contacted to let you know that your order will be ready for collected in our shop in Kilmainham, Dublin 8.

    • Orders placed before Sunday will be ready for delivery & collection on Friday morning.
    • Orders placed  before Thursday will be ready for the Monday morning of the following week.
    • You will be notified when you place an order when it will be ready for delivery/collection.
  • The courier will call to check if you are home – they will ask if there is somewhere to store order. If not the order will be returned to store & alternative collection/delivery will be organised by phone.

You will receive an email with your relevant discount code on a monthly basis. You will be able to include this in the cart or checkout on the site.

If you’re unable to pick up your order in the time frame allocated to you we’ll return it to store.  All uncollected orders will be returned to store within 2 days & you will receive a refund.

Yes. They’ll need a copy of your order confirmation or collection email. A digital copy on a phone will do to save on printing.
